12/9/09  You can now read a CMAP news release based on feedback we received from over 20,000 residents of northeastern Illinois from May to September 2009 during the “Invent the Future” phase of public input for GO T0 2040.
Residents want more transit options and compact development based on input gathered via interactive web tools, workshops, kiosks and booths at community festivals. There was also strong support for increased investments in transit and expanded programs for natural resource conservation.
