Great examples of both issues and solutions!!!!!

I also likd how you talked about Pilsen, not just Chicago in general, but were specific and had comparisons and differences.

These are very good slides. They are very clear and look offical. My only suggestion is to alter your first slide to focus more on the problems in Pilsen rather than on the success of State St. A simple way do do this would be to put Pilsen above State St. on your slide.
