I really liked how you gave examples of gentrification. It sort of gives the audience a sense of reality in the situation.

I'd keep in mind that not everyone researched your topic and therefore might not understand what you're trying to get across; I had to look up the meaning of the word "gentrification," and the phrases "Rent Stabilization Ordinances" and "Community Land Trusts" are esoteric and vague. You don't really offer any context or explanation, merely assuming that your audience will be familiar with the terms. I was not, and so the slides were lost on me.
