Community Design Workshops - ELGIN

The following visualizations were prepared by architects from Loebl Schlossman & Hackl, working in collaboration with members of the City of Elgin Community Development Group.

Together they explored possibilities for an area located between Elgin's original commercial core and established historical residential neighborhoods. Working within the context of the regional scenarios under consideration by CMAP, the design team then developed the three proposals seen here.
