Community Design Workshops - FAIRMONT

The illustrations below were prepared by Ginkgo Planning & Design, working in collaboration with a local advisory committee composed of representatives from the unincorporated community of Fairmont, as well as the neighboring communities of Lockport and Joliet, and the government of Will County.

Working within the framework of CMAP's three regional scenarios, the architects and local advisory committee explored viable options for this community that would build upon the remarkable assets inherent in the community.
