Community Design Workshops

During the spring of 2009, CMAP paired several communities across the region with local architecture and design firms to create visualizations of how sites within these communities might look in 2040 under different scenarios. The Virtual Burnham Initiative
In parallel with CMAP’s work on GO TO 2040, the Virtual Burnham Initiative, sponsored by Lake Forest College, has created visualizations of some of the elements of the Burnham Plan.
