Community Design Workshops - ROGERS PARK

These visualizations were created by Zoka Zola Architecture + Urban Design, and depict a new vision for Sheridan Road in the Rogers Park neighborhood.

As the design team explored future possibilities for the corridor, they were advised by members of the Planning and Development Committee of the Rogers Park Business Alliance, who provided essential local guidance and feedback. In the end, the proposals offered here represent the vision of the design team.

The three scenarios presented here build upon each other. Innovate illustrates the new "Rogers Park Boulevard" in its completed form, while Preserve and Reinvest show how to arrive at this vision.
