In collaboration with representatives from the Village of Winfield and CMAP staff, the architecture and urban design firm of Greene and Proppe Design, Inc., prepared the illustrations below. Representatives from Winfield included elected officials and local business leaders. Over the course of three meetings during the spring of 2009, ideas from the community representatives and Greene and Proppe were placed in the context of CMAP's scenarios.
